JP Barone is well-known in Minnesota politics. Besides being the husband of Ramsey County Commissioner Victoria Reinhardt, a former chair of CD4, a former representative to the DNC, and a recent delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, he has been a long-time supporter of local theater, especially Lakeshore Players Theatre in White Bear Lake (both as an actor and board member).

Now you can see JP in another of his favorite venues: Trial Re-enactments at Landmark Center in St Paul.

Every October, JP and many of his fellow lawyers,, judges, and other friends re-enact a major event and trial that occurred in Minnesota. They assume the roles of law breakers, law keepers, investigators, reporters, and others involved in the event.

On October 3 and 4 at 7:00 pm and October 5 at 2:00 pm, 2024,  they will present the true story of a civil rights lawsuit that brought Thurgood Marshall to St. Paul and led to the landmark Brown v. Board of Education decision

To purchase tickets, see the History Plays section of the Landmark Center website.
